日本大阪堺市名刀「鄉佑馬允義弘」以極硬、極銳利、並耐鏽之銀紙三號鋼,施以二枚合手工鍛打而成,刀面以極鏡面本霞仕上研磨而成之極上出刃包丁。
銀三鋼在硬度、銳利度、耐鏽度皆表現優異, HRC 約 60~62,其鋒利度持久,為不鏽鋼家族之中最銳利的鋼材。
握柄:水牛黑檀八角柄
