日本大阪堺市名刀「堺昇龍」之精心傑作，「青雲系列和式劍形牛刀」（寬刃型筋引）以堅硬、銳利、並耐磨之青紙一號高碳鋼，施以本三枚手工鍛打，再以高難度的「總本霞仕上」手工研磨而成之極上包丁，其韻味內斂、古樸，實屬難得精品牛刀。

「諸刃身卸形劍牛刀」可以看作是三德與和牛刀、筋引、薄刃這四種包丁的結合，除了可以執行一般型牛刀所執行的工作，劍形牛刀的刀刃線條更為筆直，因此也有薄刃的功能，可以將白蘿蔔削皮並且切成白蘿蔔絲。鋒利的刀尖還能夠進行細緻的切割，是一把多功能且便利的刀具。

How to Maintain High Carbon Steel Knives

After use, simply wipe the knives dry. Please do not use a dishwasher to clean the knives. If you plan not to use the knives for an extended period, be sure to apply a thin layer of protective oil.

In the case of rust on the blade, you can use a rust eraser or a special 3M scrubber (only suitable for matte-finish knives).
