日本大阪堺市「鄉佑馬允義弘」以69層折疊大馬士革不鏽鋼再夾上芯鋼AUS10鍛造而成之雙刃純和式菜切包丁,非常適合職業用與家庭用的全能必備刀具。AUS10比傳統不鏽鋼有更高的碳含量,因此經過高硬度的熱處理,刀刃可達到 HRC 62-63 的極佳硬度,刀刃銳利且擁有出色的韌性同時耐鋭度也很優秀。

刀身以鏡面研磨處理,呈現出精美的大馬士革折疊紋之外、並且使用時能感受到更順暢的切割體驗。握柄選用耐水性強且高級感十足的紫檀八角柄,提供舒適的握持之感。
