Description

In Osaka Sakai City, Japan, "Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro" crafts the Western-style Gyuto, featuring a core made of VG1 steel, forged through the traditional method of three-layer forging.

VG1 is known for its highest sharpness, excellent hardness, and high resistance to dullness within the stainless steel family.

It's worth noting that the blade edge is meticulously honed to an extremely thin edge, ensuring durability and sharpness. Being a double-beveled symmetrical blade, it maintains remarkable durability and practicality even with a thin edge.

For home use, the most suitable choice is a Gyuto with a blade length of 18cm to 21cm.

How to Maintain Stainless Steel Knives

After use, simply wipe the knives dry to remove any moisture. Do not use a dishwasher to clean your knives. If you plan not to use the knives for an extended period, it's advisable to apply a thin layer of protective oil.

Ensure you use the knives correctly, as they are designed for specific functions such as slicing, chopping, or handling frozen foods. Avoid using them beyond their intended purpose, as this can lead to damage.
