Crafted by Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro in Sakai City, Osaka, Japan, this double-beveled Nakiri is made from 17 layers of folded Damascus stainless steel, with a core of corrosion-resistant VG10 steel.

It is an exceptionally versatile essential for both professional and home use. The blade undergoes a mirror-polishing treatment, showcasing not only the exquisite Damascus folded pattern but also ensuring a smoother cutting experience during use.

"Naikiri" is a Japanese double-beveled knife specifically designed for cutting various vegetables. The blade is flat and wide, making it convenient for slicing and dicing a variety of vegetables and fruits, and it is particularly suitable for cutting cakes and pastries.
