堺市名刀「堺昇龍」之精心傑作,以極硬、極銳利、並耐鏽之銀紙三號鋼,施以二枚合手工鍛打而成,最終以極鏡面仕上研磨而成之極上先丸柳刃包丁。其柄為特選稀有之烏金色黑檀木,配以銀銅合金配件手工打磨而成,極其難得!

銀三鋼在硬度、銳利度、耐鏽度皆表現優異, HRC 約 60~62,其鋒利度持久,為不鏽鋼家族之中最銳利的鋼材。防鏽的銀三鋼,研磨時相對容易、硬度良好因此刃口也可以保持得很好,維護上也相當簡易,為職人們提升了工作效率!

因爲「先丸」的刀尖設計是呈現圓弧形的,這使得它在切割時更容易切入食材,適合用於剝去魚皮,而較為銳利的刃角能夠減少切割時的阻力。同時它仍然保有一般型柳刃的優勢,一刀一氣呵成切下魚片,不損傷切面的魚肉細胞與纖維,有助於保持食材的原始風味和質地。
