Yoshihiro Tsuchime Finish VG10 17-layer Damascus Steel Petty



Crafted by Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro in Sakai City, Osaka, Japan, the knife combines Sakai's 600 years of forging tradition with the ancient art of Damascus folding. It features a 17-layer folded Damascus stainless steel, with a corrosion-resistant VG10 core.

The blade is manually hammered to create a beautiful Tsuchime pattern, which aids in food release during cutting. The blade edge is polished with a bright finish, showcasing the exquisite Damascus folding pattern.

The Petty knife is ideal for trimming vegetables or delicate decorative work in meal preparation, such as side dishes, potatoes, carrots, and more.

When dealing with intricate tasks, using a larger knife can be cumbersome, but the Petty knife makes these processes considerably effortless.

How to Maintain Stainless Steel Knives
